How does the application work?
Digital Guestbook Instructions
1. create an account
Enter your email and password.
2. create an event
Enter a name and add a photo that will be visible to guests when making wishes, and the date and time of the event. From then on, guests will be able to make their wishes.
3. personalize the event
Choose the look of the table plaque and wishing screen to match the color scheme of the event. Leave a short message for your guests. Then make the payment.
4. get a plaque for the table
Download a table plaque and place it in a prominent place so that your guests can easily spot the app information. You can also download the QR code itself and place it on your invitations or other decorative items.
5. the start of the event
Wishes can be made from the moment the event begins. Guests can do so by scanning the QR code or clicking on the direct link. Inform them of this opportunity and encourage them to share their memories and wishes.
6. sending wishes
After scanning the QR code or entering through the link, your guests will be able to send wishes and photos.
7. completion of wish collection
Your guests can make wishes until you decide to close it. To close the wish collection, go to the main menu and in the Schedule section, click the “Close Wish Submission” button. Only after you close the wish submission will you be able to set up the e-book.
8. creating an e-book
Once you have finished collecting your wishes, you can customize your e-book in Settings. Choose a template and fill in the information and then confirm the e-book for completion, with the button at the top of the page. We will prepare the finished e-book within a week. The file will be available for download in the app, plus we will send you an email notification.
Additional features
Preview of submitted wishes
While the event is going on, you can preview live who made the wishes. You can ask your loved ones to make sure the people most important to you send their wishes. Here you can also download photos, edit or delete wishes.
Change settings
The settings of the event that you made when creating your account, you can edit at any time. Except for the date of the event after it has started.
Schedule
On the main page of the application there is a schedule. It tells you what stage your digital guestbook is at and suggests what actions should be performed now.
