How long before the wedding do I need to purchase access?
It is recommended to purchase access at least one day before the wedding so you have time to configure the app and place the QR code or signs. The moment you purchase the app does not affect anything, because the time for sending wishes starts counting only from the day of the event.
What does the Wishgram package include?
The Wishgram package includes: a platform for sending memories, an unlimited number of memories, app personalization, a photo gallery, e-book preparation, and access to files for a year after the event.
How long will guests be able to send memories?
Guests have unlimited time to send memories. We guarantee to store the files for up to a year from the day of the event.
Is the number of collected memories limited?
No, the number of memories collected from guests is not limited.
Is there a storage limit for photos and videos? (GB)
No, there are no storage limits for photos and videos uploaded by guests. You can collect memories without limits. A single file can be up to 256 MB.
Can you view and download the photos/videos attached to wishes?
Yes, all photos submitted by guests are available in the app. You can browse them in the gallery and then download individual files or the entire gallery at once as one package.
How long can photos and videos from the book be downloaded?
We guarantee storage of all memories for a year from the date of the event, not from the purchase date. So you have a full year to download photos and videos at any time.
Will a QR code be available to place on other stationery?
Yes, you can download a QR code in the app that guests can scan to easily send wishes. It can be used in various places such as stationery.
Can the event date be changed?
Yes, it is possible to change the event date, and this can be done in the app settings.
Will guests have to download an app to their phone?
No, guests can send memories without having to download an app – access to a web browser is enough.
How do I order a photo book?
The photo book can be ordered in the store in the app.
Is Wishgram suitable for other events?
Yes, Wishgram can be used for various events such as birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, and others.
Will people who do not know Polish be able to use the app?
Yes, on the wish submission screen you can change the language from Polish to, among others, English, German, or Ukrainian.
How long a video can guests send?
The maximum size of a single file is 256 MB. In practice, this means from a few to a dozen or so minutes of recording, depending on the quality. Most short clips recorded on a smartphone easily fit within this limit.
If I buy access to the app today, will it be possible to use it in the future?
Yes, you can purchase access now and use it at a later date. Even in a year, two years, or even ten years.
