How long before the wedding should I purchase access?
It is recommended to purchase access at least one day before the wedding so you have time to configure the app and place the QR code or cards. When you purchase the app, it does not matter, as the time for sending wishes only counts from the day of the event.
What does the Wishgram package include?
The Wishgram package includes: a platform for sending memories, an unlimited number of memories, app personalization, photo galleries, e-book preparation, and access to files for one year after the event.
How long will guests be able to send memories?
Guests have an unlimited amount of time to send memories. We guarantee to store the files for a maximum of one year from the day of the event.
Is the number of collected memories limited?
No, the number of memories collected from guests is not limited.
Is there a storage limit for photos and videos? (GB)
No, there are no storage limits for photos and videos uploaded by guests. You can collect memories without limits. Each individual file can be up to 256 MB.
Can photos/videos attached to wishes be viewed and downloaded?
Yes, all photos sent by guests are available in the app. You can view them in the gallery and then download individual files or the entire gallery at once as a single package.
How long can photos and videos be downloaded from the book?
We guarantee to store all memories for one year from the date of the event, not the date of purchase. You therefore have a full year to download the photos and videos at any time.
Will a QR code be available to place on other stationery?
Yes, you can download a QR code in the app that guests can scan to easily leave wishes. It can be used in various places such as wedding stationery.
Can I change the event date?
Yes, it is possible to change the event date; you can do this in the app settings.
Will guests have to download apps to their phones?
No, guests send memories without needing to download any apps – all they need is access to an internet browser.
How do I order a photo book?
You can order a photo book in the store within the app.
Is Wishgram suitable for other events?
Yes, Wishgram can be used for various events such as birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, and others.
Will people who do not speak Polish be able to use the app?
Yes, on the wish submission screen, you can change the language from Polish to, among others, English, German, or Ukrainian.
How long a video can guests upload?
The maximum size for a single file is 256 MB. In practice, this means anywhere from a few to a dozen minutes of recording, depending on the quality; most short clips filmed with a smartphone fit comfortably within this limit.
If I buy access to the app today, will I be able to use it in the future?
Yes, you can purchase access now and use it at a later date. Even in a year, two years, or ten years from now.
