It is recommended to purchase access at least one day before the wedding, to have time to configure the app and place the QR code or cards. When you purchase the app, it doesn’t matter, because the time for sending wishes only counts from the day of the event.
The Wishgram package includes: a platform for submitting wishes, an unlimited number of wishes, app personalization, photo galleries, e-book preparation, and access to files for a year after the event.
Guests have unlimited time to send memories. Up to a maximum of one year, counting from the day of the event — that’s how long we guarantee to store the files.
No, the number of wishes submitted by guests is not limited.
No, there are no storage limits for photos and videos submitted by guests. You can collect memories without restrictions. Individual files up to 256 MB.
Yes, all photos submitted by guests are available in the app. You can browse them in the gallery and then download individual files or the entire gallery at once as a single package.
We guarantee storage of all memories for a year from the date of the event, not from the date of purchase. So you have a full year to download the photos and videos at any time.
